How It Works:

1. Fill Out the Form Below to Sign Up.

2. You'll receive an email containing a quote, contract, & invoice.

3. Upon completing the quote, contract, & payment, you'll receive a questionnaire regarding all the information we will be inputting into your land trust. 

• IMPORTANT: ALL Answers submitted to the questionnaire will be automatically inputted into your Land Trust Document

• PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK ALL Answers BEFORE Submitting.

4. Upon submitting your questionnaire to us, our staff will review your information & will contact you if any additional information or corrections are needed.

5. Once the information is finalized you'll receive a digital copy of your land trust via email.

6. You will then print the document and take it to your local title company to have it notarized and recorded. (additional fees apply for notary & title recording)
